Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

A couple of days ago I went into J&S Florist for the first time. I was greeted by two lovely women. I wanted an artificial Christmas bouquet for my daughter’s grave. They responded with wonderful customer service and were very accommodating to what I wanted. I picked my arrangement up yesterday. They gave me the most beautiful bouquet.
