Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement went to someone who found out that they had terminal cancer and they didn't have 6 months to live. And I want you to know that this arrangement made her day. She called me and was so excited and I felt and sounded so happy just to have something to brighten her day. I recommend you guys to anyone and florist choice. Ordering online was a breeze. I appreciate that there were not multiple outrageous add on fee's. The arrangement the florist created was beautiful and the recipient loved it. I also appreciate that they text me a photo of it before it was delivered. Communication was great as well. I am out of state and called and talked with Mora about sending fresh flowers to a family member. She was very friendly, took all the information and made the delivery of a beautiful vase of flowers within a short time. As per my request, she also texted me a picture.
